Taking a break from brewing hazies, we've wanted to dig into some proper Czech styles. We talked to Josh @mogwaiculture and got our hands on a Southern Bohemian yeast strain that was perfect for the job.
Recap is a new and improved take on one of our previous brews. This Bohemian Floral Malted Pilsner delivers a lighter, softer mouthfeel and a more muted bitterness. Extremely drinkable, she may be our new favourite!
