We first met Mat from @trackbrewingco back in April and hit it off over a few beers. He got in touch about a series of Aussie collabs showcasing some of @ryefield_hops and obviously we were keen. The result is Bemboka, a crisp and refreshing West Coast Pils hopped with Azure. Originally centennial, Azure has become its own variety, still throwing back to its heritage with floral and citrus character but with an undertone of resin and woody tones.
