Bowline is our latest take on the classic West Coast IPA. Loaded with Chinook, Mosaic and Strata, this WCIPA yields intense aromas of blood orange, grapefruit and resinous pine. The result is a slightly more modern hop profile, but with firm bitterness we love in an old school westy.
Bowline uses our new favourite, yet-to-be-named, American Ale strain from our friends at @mogwaiculture. Why is it awesome? It delivers a big mouthfeel and accentuates the malt character without being sweet and really letting the hops shine.
