For our latest TIPA, Circular Logic, we dove deep into the unique characteristics of three powerhouse hops – Riwaka, Motueka, and Citra – meticulously layering complex citrus and ripe tropical notes.
Expect an aroma bursting with Lychee and citrus, followed on the palette by papaya, passionfruit, and mango. The finish offers a unique burst of lime and a subtle hint of jalapeño, all carried on an incredibly soft, rounded mouthfeel.
