The West Coast Pils is a style we’ve become obsessed with over the last few years. It’s the perfect marriage of a crisp, clean Pilsner and the punchy aromatics of US hops.
The real fun for us is deciding where each brew sits on the spectrum. Keep Left leans much further toward the WCIPA side than our previous releases. It’s snappy and assertive, featuring a firm bitterness, classic notes of pine and grapefruit from the Chinook, and a vibrant tropical top note from the Nelson Sauvin.
It delivers all the resinous complexity of a classic West Coast IPA while remaining incredibly lean, bright, and easy-drinking.
