One of the styles that first hooked us on hazy IPA’s was those early West Coast pioneers, cloudy and lush, but backed by that unmistakable, old-school bitterness.
It’s been a long time since we’ve brewed this specific style, so when the legends at Seeker suggested it as a collab for their Collabruary event, we couldn't wait to dive back in.
Expect a nostalgic blend of wine gums and apricot layered over bright floral notes and a heavy hit of chewy pine.
