Our newest DIPA, Critical Stop Error, showcases our 3 standout hops of 2026, Vic Secret from Aus, Peacharine from NZ and Krush from the US. We’ve also used one of our new favourite yeast strains from @mogwaiculture, Golden State which melds perfectly with these punchy hops giving big notes of mandarin, juicy orange, peach and papaya.
It’ll be hard for this one to not make it into our favourite beers of 2026 considering what's gone into it, but we’ll let you be the judge.
