Taking a break from brewing hazies, we've wanted to dig into some proper Czech styles. We talked to Josh @mogwaiculture and got our hands on a Southern Bohemian yeast strain that was perfect for the job.
Offset is the first Czech Dark Lager we've packaged into tins and we're chuffed with the result - a full bodied Dark Lager that delivers the appropriate amount of roast and a hint of caramel with each sip.
