Rolling Hitch is our latest West Coast IPA and with this one we kept the malt base super light for one reason only: to let the hops absolutely shine. It’s packing heavy notes of big grapefruit, bright citrus, floral vibes, and fresh pine all balanced with a hint of stone fruit brought through by the addition of McKenzie.
With an assertive bitterness and a crisp, dry finish, Rolling Hitch is the one for you if you're chasing a big westie.
