Hazy Pale V22 is, according to Mike, the best pale we've made to date. Thick haze, heaps of body and more hop character than a sub 5% beer has any right to have. For the final instalment of the Bracket V1 hazy pales we've gone with a hop that has shown serious promise in our beers over the last year, Manilita. Obviously we had to pair it with Motueka 😂 Papaya and grapefruit dominate the palate and something we love, but can't quite put our finger on.
